Our lives seem to revolve around screens of some sort, whether it is our iPhones, computers, iPads, TV’s, or whatever...We always seem to mindlessly jump from one screen to another. I have often wondered how much of my free time is sucked up by looking at screens and devices. I specifically feel that these screens rob me of my family time and interactions with those who I am physically with. So to find out, for the next week I am going to push back from these screens.
